2、間(PT)進行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果CHB患者外周血Th22表達水平高于健康對照組(P=0．000)；重型CHB患者Th22細胞表達水平高于普通型患者(P=0．000)；重型CHB中，病情好轉(zhuǎn)患者和死亡患者Th22細胞表達水平差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(尸=O．310oTh22細胞與ALB呈負相關(guān)，與TBIL、PT呈正相關(guān)(．P<0．005)，與ALT、AST無相關(guān)性(P>0．05)。HBV-DNA陽性與陰性患者Th22細胞表達水平差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>O．05)；HBV-DNA與Th22細胞無相關(guān)性(P>0．05o結(jié)論Th22細胞能反映CH
