8、肝癌實(shí)體瘤模型。將20只成瘤裸小鼠隨機(jī)分為空白對照組與黃芩苷組，每組l0只。對照組腹腔注射生理鹽水10ml／kg，黃芩苷組腹腔注射黃芩苷注射液lOOmkg，每2d給藥1次，間斷給藥8次后稱體重、處死，瘤塊離體稱重，計(jì)算抑瘤率；用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組移植瘤中Cyc
