2、以5×10／L的A549／DDP接種于裸鼠皮下，待成瘤后，分別給予生理鹽水0．5ml灌胃，0．2ml順鉑腹腔注射同時(shí)生理鹽水灌胃，0．2ml順鉑腹腔注射順鉑和高、中、低劑量的補(bǔ)中益氣湯灌胃。觀察A549／DDP細(xì)胞在各組裸鼠的致瘤率，計(jì)算抑瘤率；采用免疫組化方法、RT—PCR(realtimePCR)檢測(cè)移植瘤組織中PI3K、AKT的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果補(bǔ)中益氣湯高、中、低劑量組能不同程度的抑制移植瘤的生長(zhǎng)，其中以高、中劑量組最顯著，與順鉑組抑瘤率比較有明顯的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P<0．05)；移植瘤中PI3K、AKT蛋白
