2、痰瘀互結(jié)型20例,其他風濕病患者對照組20例,3O名健康體檢者。結(jié)果RA濕熱瘀阻組GPImRNA的相對表達量是健康對照組的25.9倍,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。RA痰瘀互結(jié)組GPImRNA的相對表達量是健康對照組的6.54倍,而RA濕熱瘀阻組與RA痰瘀互結(jié)組差異也有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。其他風濕病組GPImRNA的相對表達量是健康對照組的0.97倍,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05)。結(jié)論GPI與RA活動性有關(guān),同時證明濕熱瘀阻證是RA活動期的證候之一?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】葡萄糖一6~磷酸異構(gòu)酶;類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎;逆轉(zhuǎn)錄一聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)【中圖分類號】R593.
