2、略與核心資源均不顯著，此警訊值得計畫性生產(chǎn)工廠引為借境。(2)計畫性生產(chǎn)工廠近來資源配置策略均採成本領(lǐng)導(dǎo)策略，對經(jīng)營效率非最佳的資源配置策略。(3)核心資源組合與資源配置策略所造成經(jīng)營績效有較大變異，並影響整體經(jīng)營績效。研究中亦發(fā)現(xiàn)建立一套系統(tǒng)性的「資源配置策略、核心資源、經(jīng)營績效」關(guān)係模式，其分析模式可作為考核計畫性生產(chǎn)工廠資源配置策略，較明確地系統(tǒng)性績效評估制度，為當(dāng)務(wù)之急，可避免資源浪費，增進(jìn)整體國防力量。關(guān)鍵詞：績效評估、資源配置策略、核心資源AStudyontheRelationofthePerformanceReviewofPlanedProductionF
