1、摘要隨著現(xiàn)代汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展以及人們對(duì)汽車動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)及安全舒適系統(tǒng)要求的不斷增加,汽車電子控制單元和電子設(shè)備也在不斷增加。從而導(dǎo)致車內(nèi)線束的幾何式增長(zhǎng),也使得在有限車內(nèi)空間布線越來(lái)越困難,限制了汽車內(nèi)部控制功能的擴(kuò)展,增加了制造及維護(hù)成本。傳統(tǒng)線束已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足要求,汽車局域網(wǎng)就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。汽車網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn)不僅解決了日益復(fù)雜的線束布置問(wèn)題,而且給汽車的優(yōu)化控制帶來(lái)了質(zhì)的飛躍。文本首先介紹了目前國(guó)際上汽車電子技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),充分分析了當(dāng)前比較流行的幾種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線性能及特點(diǎn)。并根據(jù)該汽車車身控制系統(tǒng)研究的需要,參照CAN總線技術(shù)規(guī)范,高速串行通信協(xié)議CAN2.OB,制定
2、了基于車身控制模塊的CAN總線應(yīng)用層通訊協(xié)議;把整個(gè)車身控制系統(tǒng)分為五個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)模塊來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),他們分別為主節(jié)點(diǎn)、左門節(jié)點(diǎn)、右門節(jié)點(diǎn)、車身前節(jié)點(diǎn)、車身后節(jié)點(diǎn),遙控中央門鎖和防盜、電動(dòng)車窗及天窗玻璃升降器、內(nèi)外燈、前大燈隨動(dòng)(附加燈組)、雨刮、后窗和后視鏡加熱等控制功能。本文還對(duì)CAN總線車身控制系統(tǒng)的車身控制模塊硬件和軟件的設(shè)計(jì)思想作了較為詳盡的論述,并繪制了車身各模塊功率驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,采用C語(yǔ)言編寫數(shù)據(jù)控制通訊程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)通訊即CAN節(jié)點(diǎn)通訊收發(fā)程序和中斷程序,最后對(duì)該系統(tǒng)做了針對(duì)應(yīng)用層協(xié)議的驗(yàn)證性實(shí)驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞:汽車;CAN總線;車身;控制ABSTRACTWiththed
