1、提要目的：通過臨床研究神經(jīng)根型頸椎病和椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病患者的耳穴電測(cè)陽性反應(yīng)點(diǎn)，初步探討相應(yīng)的耳穴電測(cè)陽性反應(yīng)點(diǎn)對(duì)不同分型頸椎病的診斷價(jià)值，為臨床診斷頸椎病提供一種簡(jiǎn)單易行的輔助診斷方法。方法：研究對(duì)象均為山東省中醫(yī)院針灸科門診及病房就診的頸椎病患者和（共100例）健康者(共30例)，將其分為觀察組（有頸椎病者）和對(duì)照組（健康人）。通過對(duì)患者進(jìn)行詳細(xì)詢問，病史采集，結(jié)合影像學(xué)診斷，做出最終的診斷及分型（將神經(jīng)根型頸椎病組設(shè)為觀察組一，將椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病組設(shè)為觀察組二）；應(yīng)用耳穴探測(cè)儀沿耳輪—耳舟—對(duì)耳輪體部—三角窩—耳甲艇—耳甲腔—

2、對(duì)耳屏—耳垂—耳屏依次滑行探測(cè)，從而分析不同分型頸椎病與耳穴陽性反應(yīng)點(diǎn)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果：1.觀察組一與對(duì)照組相比，耳穴敏感點(diǎn)中頸椎、肩、指、腕、肘、腎、肝、皮質(zhì)下8個(gè)穴位經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。2.觀察組二與對(duì)照組相比，耳穴敏感點(diǎn)中頸椎、肩、枕、腎、交感、心、神門、內(nèi)分泌8個(gè)穴位經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。3.對(duì)觀察組與對(duì)照組耳穴敏感點(diǎn)相比有顯著性差異的8個(gè)穴位進(jìn)行左右耳耳穴分布的比較，結(jié)果耳穴敏感點(diǎn)在左右耳的分布上沒有顯著性差異。結(jié)論：1.與神經(jīng)根型頸椎病相關(guān)的耳穴電測(cè)陽性反應(yīng)點(diǎn)有：頸椎、肩、指、
