1、提要目的：通過臨床研究神經(jīng)根型頸椎病和椎動脈型頸椎病患者的耳穴電測陽性反應點，初步探討相應的耳穴電測陽性反應點對不同分型頸椎病的診斷價值，為臨床診斷頸椎病提供一種簡單易行的輔助診斷方法。方法：研究對象均為山東省中醫(yī)院針灸科門診及病房就診的頸椎病患者和（共100例）健康者(共30例)，將其分為觀察組（有頸椎病者）和對照組（健康人）。通過對患者進行詳細詢問，病史采集，結合影像學診斷，做出最終的診斷及分型（將神經(jīng)根型頸椎病組設為觀察組一，將椎動脈型頸椎病組設為觀察組二）；應用耳穴探測儀沿耳輪—耳舟—對耳輪體部—三角窩—耳甲艇—耳甲腔—

2、對耳屏—耳垂—耳屏依次滑行探測，從而分析不同分型頸椎病與耳穴陽性反應點的相關性。結果：1.觀察組一與對照組相比，耳穴敏感點中頸椎、肩、指、腕、肘、腎、肝、皮質下8個穴位經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學分析有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。2.觀察組二與對照組相比，耳穴敏感點中頸椎、肩、枕、腎、交感、心、神門、內(nèi)分泌8個穴位經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學分析有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。3.對觀察組與對照組耳穴敏感點相比有顯著性差異的8個穴位進行左右耳耳穴分布的比較，結果耳穴敏感點在左右耳的分布上沒有顯著性差異。結論：1.與神經(jīng)根型頸椎病相關的耳穴電測陽性反應點有：頸椎、肩、指、
