1、雙源CT對泌尿系結石成分的定性診斷價值評價【摘要】目的：探討雙源CT對泌尿系結石成分定性的診斷價值，旨在提高臨床診斷正確率，改善患者臨床療效。方法：選取我院2014年8月-12月所收治因腹痛懷疑泌尿結石收住院患者53例，對53例疑似泌尿結石患者行雙源CT掃描，分析結石成分，與術后結石紅外光譜分析結果進行比較，以判斷其臨床價值。結果：雙源CT示共42例結石患者，89顆結石，術后紅外光譜證實，共有結石患者35例，共有結石66顆。共有結石成分8種，以草酸結石為主,30例患者，59顆（89.4%）結石；其次為尿酸結石3例，4顆（6.2%），其他結石
2、2例，3顆（4.4%）。雙源CT示含草酸鈣結石76顆，占全部結石的85.4%（76/89）,光譜證實59顆(77.6%)。雙能顯示含草酸鈣的準確性95.2％（59/62）,靈敏度100%，特異度61.0%(36/59)，陰性預測值100%。純草酸鈣準確性38.9％（20/59），靈敏度100%，陰性預測值100%。結論：采用雙源CT診斷泌尿系結石，在分析體內結石成分方面準確性好，可較好的區(qū)分不同組成成分的結石，做出定性判斷，有利于為臨床治療提供依據(jù)。本組病例草酸結石高達90%左右，與以往研究不同，分析可能與地域、民族、飲食差異有關，有待進一
