1、雙源CT對泌尿系結(jié)石成分的定性診斷價值評價【摘要】目的:探討雙源CT對泌尿系結(jié)石成分定性的診斷價值,旨在提高臨床診斷正確率,改善患者臨床療效。方法:選取我院2014年8月-12月所收治因腹痛懷疑泌尿結(jié)石收住院患者53例,對53例疑似泌尿結(jié)石患者行雙源CT掃描,分析結(jié)石成分,與術(shù)后結(jié)石紅外光譜分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,以判斷其臨床價值。結(jié)果:雙源CT示共42例結(jié)石患者,89顆結(jié)石,術(shù)后紅外光譜證實,共有結(jié)石患者35例,共有結(jié)石66顆。共有結(jié)石成分8種,以草酸結(jié)石為主,30例患者,59顆(89.4%)結(jié)石;其次為尿酸結(jié)石3例,4顆(6.2%),其他結(jié)石
2、2例,3顆(4.4%)。雙源CT示含草酸鈣結(jié)石76顆,占全部結(jié)石的85.4%(76/89),光譜證實59顆(77.6%)。雙能顯示含草酸鈣的準(zhǔn)確性95.2%(59/62),靈敏度100%,特異度61.0%(36/59),陰性預(yù)測值100%。純草酸鈣準(zhǔn)確性38.9%(20/59),靈敏度100%,陰性預(yù)測值100%。結(jié)論:采用雙源CT診斷泌尿系結(jié)石,在分析體內(nèi)結(jié)石成分方面準(zhǔn)確性好,可較好的區(qū)分不同組成成分的結(jié)石,做出定性判斷,有利于為臨床治療提供依據(jù)。本組病例草酸結(jié)石高達(dá)90%左右,與以往研究不同,分析可能與地域、民族、飲食差異有關(guān),有待進(jìn)一
