1、小兒肺炎支原體感染的臨床護理效果觀察［摘要］目的探討綜合護理干預措施對小兒肺炎支原體感染的臨床效果。方法選取本院2012年1月?2014年1月收治的46例肺炎支原體感染患兒，隨機分為對照組與干預組，每組各23例，對照組給予常規(guī)基礎護理，干預組在對照組的基礎上增加綜合護理干預，護理干預結束后觀察兩組患兒的臨床表現(xiàn)與護理滿意程度。結果対照組患兒的總有效率為82.6%,干預組為95.7%,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P〈0?05)；兩組患兒干預后FVC、FEV1、PEFR均有所改善，干預組患兒的改善程度顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P<0.05)；對照組患兒及其家屬的總滿意率為82.6%,干預組為95.7%
