2、貯藏期間果肉硬度、果實乙烯釋放速度無顯著差異;在貯藏15天及28天測定果實呼吸強度時,使用2種煙霧劑的果實呼吸強度顯著大于對照果實,說明使用防腐煙霧劑后的28天內(nèi),果實的呼吸強度受到了刺激;腐煙霧劑Ⅰ處理果實的可溶性固形物含量顯著高于CK果實;采用煙霧劑Ⅱ處理的獼猴桃果實,軟化率和腐爛率都極顯著低于對照果實。試驗說明,2種煙霧劑熏蒸處理貯藏效果均好于對照處理,其中采用煙霧劑Ⅱ處理效果最好。關(guān)鍵詞:獼猴桃;煙霧劑;熏蒸;生理;貯藏中圖分類號:S652文獻標志碼:A論文編號:2010-0908InfluenceofSmokeAgent
