2、貯藏期間果肉硬度、果實(shí)乙烯釋放速度無(wú)顯著差異;在貯藏15天及28天測(cè)定果實(shí)呼吸強(qiáng)度時(shí),使用2種煙霧劑的果實(shí)呼吸強(qiáng)度顯著大于對(duì)照果實(shí),說(shuō)明使用防腐煙霧劑后的28天內(nèi),果實(shí)的呼吸強(qiáng)度受到了刺激;腐煙霧劑Ⅰ處理果實(shí)的可溶性固形物含量顯著高于CK果實(shí);采用煙霧劑Ⅱ處理的獼猴桃果實(shí),軟化率和腐爛率都極顯著低于對(duì)照果實(shí)。試驗(yàn)說(shuō)明,2種煙霧劑熏蒸處理貯藏效果均好于對(duì)照處理,其中采用煙霧劑Ⅱ處理效果最好。關(guān)鍵詞:獼猴桃;煙霧劑;熏蒸;生理;貯藏中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):S652文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A論文編號(hào):2010-0908InfluenceofSmokeAgent
