4、【Objective】Thepresentstudywasconductedtostudytheexpressionofdifferentialgenesinsugarcaneresponsetowaterstressanditsmolecularmechanisminordertoprovidescientificbasisfordevelopinggeneticimprovementofsugarcanedroughtresistantintegrity．【Method】SugarcanecultivarGTl
5、1wasusedasmaterialtodesignthreetreatmentsviz．contr01．droughtandrewatering．The+1“l(fā)eavesofsugarcaneforthreetreatmentswereusedforextractingtotalRNAtoconstructtheirequalquantitymixedsolutions，andthegeneticexpressingprofilesofcuhivarGTl1atelongationstageunderwaters
6、tresswereconstructedbyusingeDNA-SCoTdifferentialdisplay．Thetranscriptderivedfragments(11DFs)werescreenedandisolatedtosequencing，followedbytheBLASThomologysearchinginNCBIdatabasetodeducegenefunctionbasedonhomologicalgenes．【Result】The180TDFswerescreenedbyusing42
7、primersofSCoTmarker，ofwhich100TDFswereofhighersimilaritywiththeaccessedgenesinNCBIdatabase．Accordingtohomologousgenefunction，these100TDFscouldbeclassifiedinto14types，whichincluded1metabolismrelatedgenes，12energymetabolismrelatedgenes，5transportpathwayrelatedge
