5、學化學化工學院,河南開封475004;2.河南化學工業(yè)技師學院,河南開封475002)摘要:用雙乙酰二茂鐵和肼基二硫代甲酸甲酯為起始原料,制備了含二茂鐵的Schiff堿配體[(CH。)SSCNHN—c(CH。)(cH)]Fe.利用元素分析以及紅外光譜和單晶X射線衍射分析了產(chǎn)物的組成、化學特征及晶體結構,并測定了其生物活性.結果表明,標題化合物對Ec9706食管癌細胞株具有適度的生長抑制活性.關鍵詞:二茂鐵;肼基二硫代甲酸甲酯;Schiff堿合成;晶體結構;生物活性Inthesearchfornewanticancerdrugs,met
