5、學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院,河南開封475004;2.河南化學(xué)工業(yè)技師學(xué)院,河南開封475002)摘要:用雙乙酰二茂鐵和肼基二硫代甲酸甲酯為起始原料,制備了含二茂鐵的Schiff堿配體[(CH。)SSCNHN—c(CH。)(cH)]Fe.利用元素分析以及紅外光譜和單晶X射線衍射分析了產(chǎn)物的組成、化學(xué)特征及晶體結(jié)構(gòu),并測(cè)定了其生物活性.結(jié)果表明,標(biāo)題化合物對(duì)Ec9706食管癌細(xì)胞株具有適度的生長(zhǎng)抑制活性.關(guān)鍵詞:二茂鐵;肼基二硫代甲酸甲酯;Schiff堿合成;晶體結(jié)構(gòu);生物活性Inthesearchfornewanticancerdrugs,met
