2、擊。而以往相關(guān)研究多偏重於技術(shù)面或策略管理面，較少對於兩岸產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢比較分析，因此本研究便期望以SWOT分析法來比較臺商與陸商之光碟片產(chǎn)業(yè)。而經(jīng)由文獻(xiàn)探討與專家訪談，本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)臺灣企業(yè)之研發(fā)技術(shù)成熟、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模大、人才素質(zhì)佳、國家形象受到肯定；大陸企業(yè)則人力與土地成本低，並具有龐大之內(nèi)需市場。關(guān)鍵詞：光碟片產(chǎn)業(yè)、SWOT分析、兩岸企業(yè)AComparativeAnalysisonCross-StraitCDIndustriesMing-ChunTsai1Hsin-TaiLiu2Rei-HuaPan31AssociatePr
