2、擊。而以往相關研究多偏重於技術面或策略管理面,較少對於兩岸產業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢比較分析,因此本研究便期望以SWOT分析法來比較臺商與陸商之光碟片產業(yè)。而經由文獻探討與專家訪談,本研究發(fā)現臺灣企業(yè)之研發(fā)技術成熟、生產規(guī)模大、人才素質佳、國家形象受到肯定;大陸企業(yè)則人力與土地成本低,並具有龐大之內需市場。關鍵詞:光碟片產業(yè)、SWOT分析、兩岸企業(yè)AComparativeAnalysisonCross-StraitCDIndustriesMing-ChunTsai1Hsin-TaiLiu2Rei-HuaPan31AssociatePr
