4、至今已經(jīng)非常密切，兩岸政府都必須面對兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)交流所產(chǎn)生的問題。進(jìn)一步而言，在面對全球化的競爭與機(jī)遇，兩岸政府都應(yīng)該努力透過兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作，增進(jìn)兩岸人民的福祉與企業(yè)的競爭力。要達(dá)成「兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作機(jī)制」的可行方式有三：第一、立即恢復(fù)?；鶗c海協(xié)會的協(xié)商機(jī)制；第二、透過既有的WTO與APEC溝通管道；第三、透過作者設(shè)計(jì)的三個(gè)進(jìn)程：兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇、兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作理事會、與兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟。EnglishAbstract:Cross-StraiteconomicexchangehasbeenincreasingveryrapidlyandbothgovernmentsacrosstheTaiwanStra
