6、形或囊形;雄器同絲生或異絲生,柄常分枝且纏繞藏卵器。對構(gòu)成廣西腐霉rDNAITS區(qū)段的772個堿基進行擴增和測序。在根據(jù)ITS序列建立的分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹中,廣西腐霉與禾生腐霉Pythiumgraminicola、周雄腐霉P.periilum和腫囊腐霉P.inflatum等產(chǎn)生瓣狀孢子囊的腐霉種關(guān)系密切。對廣西腐霉進行了分類描述和其與近似種的比較。關(guān)鍵詞:腐霉屬,新種,藏卵器,雄器,卵孢子,分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹SupportedbytheNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina(No.30670012),National
