1、兒童紫癜性腎炎41例從“毒”論治研究作者：趙智強(qiáng)，耿珊珊，孫軼秋，郁曉維，韓新民【摘要】目的從“毒”探討兒童紫癜性腎炎的發(fā)病機(jī)理及治療，以探尋新的中醫(yī)病因病機(jī)及治療學(xué)理論。方法回顧江蘇省中醫(yī)院兒科2002-2006年41例兒童紫癜性腎炎住院病例，觀察“毒”的臨床表現(xiàn)，著重從處方藥物組成著手，探討相關(guān)治法。結(jié)果本病具有“毒”的致病特點(diǎn)與臨床表現(xiàn)，“毒”的針對(duì)性治療包括解毒（涼血化瘀解毒、活血解毒、清熱解毒、祛風(fēng)解毒、除濕解毒）、排毒（利尿泄毒、通腑泄?jié)幔?、抗毒（益氣、養(yǎng)陰），其配伍多以涼血化瘀解毒為核

3、becomeanewwaytoimprovecurativeeffect,shortencourseofthediseaseandreducerecrudescence.MethodsWecollectedthepatientswhowereinhospitalofTCMinJiangsuProvincefrom2002to2006andestablishedstudyingstandards.Weobservedtherelationbetweensymptomandtoxininordertos
4、tudypathogenesisoftoxin.Weextractedprescriptionandsummedupdrugsincommonuseandrepresentativetherapeuticsofthat.Weanalyzedtheinternalprincipiumofthetherapeuticsinordertoseekapplyingofdetoxifcation,drainingtoxinandresistingtoxin.ResultsThediseasehasthecha
5、ractersandsymptomsoftoxin,andtoxinrunthoughallthecoursesofit.Toxinconsistsofinternaltoxinandexternaltoxin.Externaltoxinincludessix-eviltoxin,foodtoxin,insecttoxinandmedicinetoxin.Intertoxinincludesblood-blacktoxin,wettoxinandheattoxin.Toxinusuallycause
6、sthediseasealongwithwind,heat,blood-blackandwet.Thespecialtherapeuticsoftoxinincludesdetoxifcation,drainingtoxinandresistingtoxin.Thesemethodsarecoolingbloodanddetoxifcation,clearingheatanddetoxifcation,dispellingwindanddetoxification,diuresisanddetoxi
