1、.摘要自從LA.Zadeh提出“模糊集”這一理論后，模糊概念被廣泛延伸到各個領(lǐng)域。作為模糊語言領(lǐng)域中最普遍、最典型的現(xiàn)象，模糊限制語廣泛地出現(xiàn)和使用在不同的方面和領(lǐng)域。商務英語的特殊性在于目的性極強，其交際效果的好壞直接關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟效益，而模糊限制語對于商務英語的交際效果有著舉足輕重的作用。國內(nèi)外研究人員對語義的模糊性已經(jīng)進行了較為深入的研究，然而，對于模糊限制語在商務英語談判中的語用功能及其策略研究還很少有深入系統(tǒng)的研究。因此，筆者在前人研究的基礎上，利用情景對話對模糊限制語在商務英語談判中的語用功能及策略進行了系統(tǒng)和深入的分析，以期能提供對模
