1、探討胃息肉與幽門螺桿菌感染的相關(guān)性黑龍江省齊齊哈爾市泰來縣泰來鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院162400摘要：目的：研究分析胃息肉與幽門螺桿菌(Hp)感染的相關(guān)性。方法：此次研宄的對象是選取2012年5月至2014年12月于我院行胃鏡檢查者，將其臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，并隨機(jī)分為兩組，觀察組為160例胃息肉患者，對照組為160例慢性胃炎患者，詳細(xì)記錄觀察組的病理類型，并對切片進(jìn)行蘇木精-伊紅染色及改良吉姆薩染色法鏡檢，對照組的黏膜組織進(jìn)行染色鏡檢，比較不同類型胃息肉的分布及與黏膜組織學(xué)改變的關(guān)系、兩組Hp感染及強(qiáng)度、不同類型胃息肉Hp感染及強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果：胃息肉主要分布在
2、胃體和胃底部，增生性息肉多發(fā)于胃體和胃底(P<0.05);觀察組Hp感染率為57.50%，對照組Hp感染率為50.63%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X2=8.87,P<0.05),其中觀察組以中低強(qiáng)度感染為主，對照組則以中高強(qiáng)度感染為主；息肉部位與非息肉部位在不同類型的息肉中Hp感染及其強(qiáng)度無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(X2=1.14,P>；0.05)o在Hp感染率中，增生性息肉與胃底腺息肉差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X2=7.24,P<0.05)o結(jié)論：與慢性胃炎患者相比，胃息肉的發(fā)生與Hp感染無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)，Hp感染與不同息肉部位無關(guān),但息肉類型不同，
