5、的緊張、擔(dān)憂、和恐懼等負(fù)面情緒，在口語課堂上尤為明顯。研究表明，由外語焦慮引起的英語專業(yè)學(xué)生在課堂的口語表達(dá)方面所存在的影響有：交際恐懼、考試焦慮、以及對否定性評價的懼怕。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)，引起外語焦慮的原因有：學(xué)生的競爭意識、自尊心，以及個性特點(diǎn)等等。這些原因最終阻礙了口語表達(dá)的輸出。本研究結(jié)果表明，為了降低英語專業(yè)學(xué)生的外語焦慮，需要從學(xué)生自己和教師兩方面做起。首先，英語專業(yè)學(xué)生要克服自身因素、建立自信心、并增加練習(xí)；而教師則要為學(xué)生建立自由、平等的交流氣氛，建立正確的評價體系。這樣，英語專業(yè)學(xué)生的外語焦慮才能夠得到有效降低，從而使得他們在課堂上的口語表達(dá)能力得到提
