1、頜面部CT增強掃描造影劑外滲的預防及護理方偉華孫琦（通訊作者）董敏俊陶曉峰（上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院放射科上海200011）【摘要】目的：探討頜面部CT增強掃描造影劑外滲的預防及發(fā)牛外滲后的正確護理方法。方法：72例頜面部CT增強掃描造影劑外滲病人的臨床資料，回顧性分析CT增強造影劑外滲的處理及預后。結果：72例頜面部CT增強滲出患者中，按掃描類別分，CTA掃描滲出例數(shù)占58.33%,常規(guī)增強占29.17%,功能成像增強占12.5%；按造影劑類別分，分別應用4種造影劑滲出患者無統(tǒng)計學差異（P>0.05）o按CT造影劑注射速率分
2、，速率為4.0?5.0mI的占54.17%,速率為2.0?3.0ml的占19.44%,速率為3.0?4.0ml的占26.39%；按造影劑劑量分，注射劑量70?100ml的滲出例數(shù)大于劑量≤70ml的例數(shù)；按滲出面積分，輕度造影劑外滲（造影劑滲出小于10ml）的占77.78%,中度造影劑外滲的占16.67%,重度造影劑外滲的為5.56%；按腫脹范圍分，腫脹范圍1?3cnn的占75%,4?10cm的占19.45%,超過:LOcm的占5.56%。經(jīng)積極處理及針對性護理，經(jīng)隨訪證實均未出現(xiàn)后遺癥。結論：CT增強掃描造影劑外滲的原因是多方面的，采
