1、Q一蒎烯的自由基共聚合摘要迄今為止,關(guān)于弘蒎烯(a-P)的自由基共聚合很少報(bào)道,尤其是與醋酸乙烯酯(VAt)的自由基共聚合。本文在這方面做出了以下研究:1.a(chǎn).P與馬來(lái)酸酐(MA)以過氧化叔丁醇為引發(fā)劑通過自由基共聚合得到軟化點(diǎn)在71.5~98℃范圍內(nèi)的萜烯馬來(lái)樹脂。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)紅外、元素分析、皂化值等分析方法檢測(cè)表明為二者的共聚物。其軟化點(diǎn)明顯高于未加引發(fā)劑的a-P與MA的反應(yīng)物軟化點(diǎn)(64℃),表明前者的聚合度明顯高于后者。對(duì)單體配比、反應(yīng)時(shí)間等影響因素進(jìn)行了研究。根據(jù)其他研究者的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算出了a-P的Q,e值分別為Q=0.06,
2、e=一0.07,并由a-P與MA的Q,e值計(jì)算出二者的競(jìng)聚率分別為rl=O.23,r2=0.019,而對(duì)共聚物元素分析結(jié)果表明共聚物中a-P與MA結(jié)構(gòu)單元的比率大體為1:1,因此可認(rèn)為根據(jù)Q-e值計(jì)算出的競(jìng)聚率與實(shí)際情況基本吻合。2.a(chǎn)-P與VAc以偶氮二異丁腈為引發(fā)劑通過聚合得到軟化點(diǎn)在42-884C范圍內(nèi)的淺黃色至黃色玻璃狀固體。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)紅外、凝膠滲透色譜、酯基測(cè)定等分析方法檢測(cè)表明為二者共聚物,分子量在4200--7500范圍內(nèi)。對(duì)單體配比、引發(fā)劑用量等影響因素進(jìn)行了研究;由a-P與VAc的Q,e值計(jì)算出二者的競(jìng)聚率分別為rl
3、=2.33,r嚴(yán)0.4l。3.在制備低固含量的白乳膠時(shí),加入少量(<2%)葉P進(jìn)行共聚,白乳膠的表觀粘度和剪切強(qiáng)度均有明顯提高,a-P在這方面有實(shí)際應(yīng)用的可能性。4.a(chǎn).P與甲基丙烯酸甲酯以過氧化二苯甲酰為引發(fā)劑聚合經(jīng)分離出未反應(yīng)的單體后,得到白色固體共聚物。該共聚物較易發(fā)生熱分解。研究了原料配比、引發(fā)劑用量對(duì)共聚反應(yīng)的影響。關(guān)鍵詞:a.蒎烯自由基共聚合馬來(lái)酸酐醋酸乙烯酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯FREE.RADICALCoPoLYMEIUZATIoNoFa—PINENEABSTRACTSofar,therehavebeenfewreport
