1、提要目的：本研究通過監(jiān)測高血壓腎損害患者治療前后相關(guān)癥狀及指標(biāo)的變化，探討益腎平肝湯對高血壓腎損害患者腎功能及血壓的影響。方法：觀察的60例來自于山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院2010年10月~2011年10月的門診及住院高血壓早期腎損害患者，按應(yīng)診順序隨機分為治療組和對照組各30例。兩組均予以基礎(chǔ)降壓治療，以波依定，5mg，每日一次，口服控制血壓。治療組加服益腎平肝湯，對照組加服黃葵膠囊，30天為一個療程，兩組均連續(xù)治療2個療程。觀察兩組治療前后臨床癥狀及尿滲透壓、尿微量白蛋白（mAlb）、血β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）等腎功能指標(biāo)及24h動態(tài)血壓等變化。結(jié)果：臨床總療
2、效治療組顯效率為46.7%，總有效率93.3%，中醫(yī)癥狀治療組顯效率56.7%，總有效率93.3%，尿滲透壓治療組顯效率56.7%，總有效率93.3%，治療組在提高滲透壓、降低血壓、減少尿微量白蛋白、改善臨床癥狀（眩暈、頭痛、五心煩熱）方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.01）。結(jié)論：益腎平肝湯臨床療效顯著，能明顯改善高血壓早期腎損害患者的主要臨床癥狀及尿滲透壓等各種重要指標(biāo)，具有顯著改善腎功能的療效。關(guān)鍵詞益腎平肝湯；高血壓腎損害；尿滲透壓；臨床觀察ClinicalObservationofYishenpinggantisane＇Treatmentof60CasesofH
