1、南京航空航天大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要我國(guó)終端區(qū)擁堵現(xiàn)象越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,如何充分優(yōu)化使用航空資源,成為航空部門關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。多跑道航班進(jìn)離場(chǎng)聯(lián)合調(diào)度問(wèn)題研究,其優(yōu)化研究的結(jié)果能夠?qū)娇召Y源使用效率,航班的準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)率,以及乘客的滿意度產(chǎn)生直接的影響。研究多跑道航班進(jìn)離場(chǎng)聯(lián)合調(diào)度問(wèn)題,可以優(yōu)化機(jī)場(chǎng)跑道資源的使用效率,降低航空公司的延誤成本,提高航空公司之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的公平性,同時(shí)實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度策略能夠提高航班調(diào)度的實(shí)時(shí)性,為航空部門提供理論參考。研究大量參考文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合航空發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從降低航空公司延誤成本,提高航空公司之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的公平性,提高航班調(diào)度實(shí)時(shí)性三個(gè)角度出發(fā),對(duì)多跑道航班調(diào)度問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。
2、首先獨(dú)立構(gòu)建了多跑道航班進(jìn)場(chǎng)和離場(chǎng)的函數(shù)模型,考慮了降低航空公司的延誤成本,提高航空公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的公平性,并采用遺傳算法對(duì)函數(shù)模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解。然后,建立了多跑道航班進(jìn)離場(chǎng)聯(lián)合調(diào)度模型,建立的模型完全符合航空事業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并運(yùn)用蟻群算法進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證。最后,在前文的基礎(chǔ)上建立考慮調(diào)度實(shí)時(shí)性的多跑道航班進(jìn)離場(chǎng)聯(lián)合調(diào)度模型,通過(guò)蟻群算法仿真驗(yàn)證。仿真結(jié)果表明:本文的優(yōu)化調(diào)度策略對(duì)降低航空公司延誤成本,提高航空公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)公平性,提高航班調(diào)度的實(shí)時(shí)性具有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)。關(guān)鍵詞:多跑道,航班進(jìn)離場(chǎng)調(diào)度,延誤損失,公平性,實(shí)時(shí)性,遺傳算法,蟻群算法I多跑道航班進(jìn)離場(chǎng)聯(lián)合調(diào)度研究ABSTRACT
