4、carbapenemsandmetallobeta-lactamsarethemajorcauseofconcerninclinicalproblemsincurrenthumanhealthcare.ThemosthighlyemergingdreadfulMetalloBeta-lactamsesisNewDelhimetallo-beta-lactamase(blaNDM-1)whichconfersresistancetocarbapenems;susceptibleonlytocolistinan
5、d,lessconsistentlytotigecycline,leadingtonotherapeuticoptions.Inthepresentstudy,wedemonstratetheeffectsofcephalosporinsandcarbepenemsonbiofilmproducingA.baumaniiclinicalisolateandalsotoinfertheprobableinhibitorybindingmodethroughmoleculardockingstudies.The
6、resultofMIConBiofilmproducingA.baumaniiandthedockinganalysisresultswerefoundtobeconcordant.Moreover,wealsofoundcephalosporinsandcarbepenemgroupstointeractwith162-166regionofblaNDM-1,whichisuniqueforNDM-1andalsodocumentedtobeapotentialdrugtargetingregion.Ba
7、ckground:posedbyinfectioncausingmicrobes[5,6].RecentstudieshasAntibiotic-resistantGram-negativebacillibelongingtoprovedtheinactivationofthesecarbapenams(meropenem,EnterobacteriaceaeandNon-fermentorsarethemajorcauseofimipenem,doripenem,ertapenem)byanumberof
8、metallo-concerninclinicalproblemsincurrenthumanhealthcare[1,2]beta-lactamaseswhichposesextendedspectrumactivityagainstBeta-lactamshavebeenthemainstayoftreatmentforseriousallbeta-lactamantibiotics,includingcar
