1、超聲及超聲造影在視網(wǎng)膜脫離診斷中的應(yīng)用［摘要］目的分析視網(wǎng)膜脫離的超聲及超聲造影的特點(diǎn)，探討超聲及超聲造影在視網(wǎng)膜脫離診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法應(yīng)用超聲對(duì)我院2011年5月~2013年12月期間收治的120例患者的80只視網(wǎng)膜脫離眼（網(wǎng)脫組L80只無(wú)視網(wǎng)膜脫離眼（對(duì)照組）進(jìn)行檢查。對(duì)網(wǎng)脫組中超聲檢查不十分確切的10只眼行超聲造影檢查。結(jié)果超聲檢查與手術(shù)結(jié)果比較，視網(wǎng)膜脫離診斷符合為76只眼（95.0%）,視網(wǎng)膜脫離誤診4例（5.0%b超聲造影檢查與手術(shù)結(jié)果比較，視網(wǎng)膜脫離診斷符合為10只眼（100.0%）□網(wǎng)脫組視網(wǎng)膜中央動(dòng)脈（CRA、睫狀后動(dòng)脈（PCA）較對(duì)照組CRA、
