1、紅-藍(lán)光治療儀聯(lián)合治療尋常瘞瘡療效觀察紅-藍(lán)光治療儀聯(lián)合治療尋常座瘡療效觀察［摘要］目的：觀察紅-藍(lán)光聯(lián)合治療痙瘡患者的臨床療效。方法:將64例痊瘡患者隨機(jī)分成2個(gè)治療組:①單純藍(lán)光照射組(n=36)；②紅藍(lán)光混合照射組(n二28)。采取連續(xù)4周，每周2次發(fā)光二極管為基礎(chǔ)的痊瘡治療儀照射。輕度患者治療一個(gè)療程，中、重度痊瘡患者連續(xù)治療1?3個(gè)療程。結(jié)果：經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)治療后，座瘡皮損均有所減輕。兩組總有效率無顯著差別(分別為80.5%及89.3%,P=0.514)o顯效率比較，紅藍(lán)光混合照射可達(dá)35.7%,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于單純藍(lán)光照射組(8.3%)(P二0.
