1、紅-藍光治療儀聯(lián)合治療尋常瘞瘡療效觀察［摘要］目的：觀察紅-藍光聯(lián)合治療瘞瘡患者的臨床療效。方法：將64例座瘡患者隨機分成2個治療組：①單純藍光照射組（n=36）；②紅藍光混合照射組（n=28）。采取連續(xù)4周，每周2次發(fā)光二極管為基礎(chǔ)的座瘡治療儀照射。輕度患者治療一個療程，中、重度座瘡患者連續(xù)治療1?3個療程。結(jié)果：經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)治療后，瘞瘡皮損均有所減輕。兩組總有效率無顯著差別（分別為80.5%及89.3%,P=0.514）。顯效率比較，紅藍光混合照射可達35.7%,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于單純藍光照射組（8.3%）（P=0.008）。重度座瘡較中度
