2、組36例患者給予圍手術(shù)期常規(guī)護(hù)理模式，觀察2組患者臨床療效及護(hù)理滿意度差異。結(jié)果經(jīng)不同圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理模式干預(yù)后，觀察組患者肛門排氣時間、下床活動時間、出院時間均顯著早于同期對照組患者;2組患者臨床護(hù)理總滿意度對比，觀察組患者臨床護(hù)理總滿意度達(dá)94．44%，對照組患者臨床護(hù)理滿意度為72．22%，組間差異顯著，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P＜0．05)。結(jié)論針對老年腹外疝無張力修補(bǔ)術(shù)患者，定向給予圍術(shù)期綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)模式，可顯著強(qiáng)化患者手術(shù)效果，改善患者預(yù)后情況，值得臨床綜合應(yīng)用推廣。【關(guān)鍵詞】疝，腹部;疝修補(bǔ)術(shù);圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理;老年人Applicationeffectofcomprehensivenurs
