13、wasfirstdiscoveredinsouthernChinainJanuary2017andcausedalargescaleoutbreakoffataldiarrhealdiseaseinpiglets.Here,weconductedaretrospectiveinvestigationof236samplesArticlefrom45swinefarmswithaclinicalhistoryofdiarrhealdiseasetoevaluatetheemergenceandthedistributionofSADS-CoVinpigsinChina.Ourre
14、sultssuggestthatSADS-CoVhasemergedinChinaatleastsinceAugust2016.Meanwhile,wedetectedaprevalenceofSADS-CoV(43.53%),porcinedeltacoronavirus(8.83%),porcineepidemicdiarrheavirus(PEDV)(78.25%),rotavirus(21.77%)andtransmissiblegastroenteritisvirus(0%),andwealsofoundtheco-infectionofSADS-CoVandPEDV
15、occurredmostfrequentlywiththerateof17.65%.Wescreenedandobtainedtwonewcompletegenomes,fiveNandfiveSgenesofSADS-CoV.PhylogeneticanalysisbasedonthesesequencesrevealedthatallSADS-CoVsequencesinthisstudyclusteredwithpreviouslyreportedSADS-CoVstrainstofo
