1、奧沙利鉗聯(lián)合腹腔熱灌注治療進(jìn)展期胃癌的效果觀察［摘要］目的探討奧沙利鉗聯(lián)合腹腔熱灌注治療胃癌的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值，為今后的臨床工作提供借鑒。方法選取2009年1月?2013年12月本院收治的80例胃癌患者，將其隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組，每組各40例,兩組患者均采用亞葉酸鈣、奧沙利鉗、氟尿喘喘進(jìn)行化療，治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上增加腹腔熱灌注化療，觀察兩組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果經(jīng)過2個(gè)周期的治療，治療組與對(duì)照組的總有效率分別為72.50%和62.50%,治療組顯著高于對(duì)照組(卩〈0.05)。其中治療組完全緩解(CR)13例,CR率為32.50%。對(duì)照組CR10例，CR率
