1、CHINESEJ．DIAL．&ARTIF．ORGANSVo1．20No．3SEP．2009血液透析聯(lián)合血液灌流治療維持性血液透析患者的應(yīng)用與護(hù)理劉煥文【摘要】目的探討透析器與灌流器串聯(lián)在治療維持性血液透析患者的應(yīng)用與護(hù)理要點(diǎn)。方法將維持性血液透析患者36例，隨機(jī)分為2組：實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用透析器與灌流器(HA型)串聯(lián)進(jìn)行治療；對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)血液透析，治療前后檢測(cè)中分子物質(zhì)、尿素氮、肌酐、血壓及臨床癥狀等。結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)2個(gè)月臨床觀(guān)察，實(shí)驗(yàn)組皮膚瘙癢明顯改善，血壓穩(wěn)定，中分子物質(zhì)清除均顯著高于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論血液透析器與血液灌流器聯(lián)合應(yīng)
