1、·藥物與臨床·2013年J2月第20卷第35期阿奇霉素聯(lián)合紅霉素治療小兒支原體肺炎的臨床效果分析魏文革江西省南豐縣人民醫(yī)院藥劑科，江西南豐344500【摘要】目的探討阿奇霉素聯(lián)合紅霉素治療小兒支原體肺炎的臨床效果，為臨床治療作出指導。方法選擇本院2010年2月一2013年2月收治的113例d,JL支原體肺炎患者為研究對象，按就診順序隨機分為治療組(n=57)與對照組(n=56)。治療組給予阿奇霉素聯(lián)合紅霉素治療，對照組給予阿奇霉素治療，觀察兩組治療后的相關(guān)臨床指標、總有效率、不良反應發(fā)生率。結(jié)果治療組治療后相關(guān)臨床指標均優(yōu)于
