2、南、黔東北煙區(qū)；黔西北、黔西煙區(qū)的茄酮、類西柏烷類成分總量、糠醛、棕色化產(chǎn)物類成分總量及其他香氣成分總量均高于黔南、黔北、黔東南煙區(qū)；香氣成分組總量與評(píng)吸總分呈顯著正相關(guān)，顯示致香化合物量與感官評(píng)價(jià)的一致性；各類香氣物質(zhì)按地區(qū)聚類分析，黔西部地區(qū)的黔西北、黔西及黔西南(“清甜香”煙區(qū))與黔東北、黔北及黔東南(“醇甜香”煙區(qū))植區(qū)分別聚為兩類，表明貴州植煙區(qū)煙葉香型風(fēng)格與香味物質(zhì)含量差異性相關(guān)，且地域分布呈現(xiàn)規(guī)律性。關(guān)鍵詞：貴州植煙區(qū)；烤煙；揮發(fā)性香氣成分；香型中圖分類號(hào)：TS411(273)文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A文章
