2、尻霉素富集與食桑量的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果顯示不同生長(zhǎng)期家蠶及其副產(chǎn)物中DNJ的累積量有較大差異,且呈一定規(guī)律性變化,先上升后下降,于四齡時(shí)最高。家蠶幼蟲(chóng)期蠶體及其副產(chǎn)物中DNJ總累積量與其在該階段所食桑葉中DNJ總量相當(dāng),且家蠶的任一成長(zhǎng)發(fā)育階段(蟻蠶和熟蠶不吃桑葉除外),其蠶體DNJ含量均大大高于桑葉中的DNJ含量,表明家蠶具有累積或富集DNJ的機(jī)能,本研究結(jié)果為進(jìn)一步研究家蠶富集DNJ的機(jī)制提供了理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:桑葉;家蠶;I.脫氧野尻霉素;富集;相關(guān)性中圖分類號(hào):$88文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:ACorrelationalStudy

7、rmbodyandits’byproductsWasroughlythesglneasthecontentinmulberryleavesthatsilkwormate.TheDNJcontentofsilkwormWasmuchhigherthantheDNJcontentofmulberryleavesindiferentgrowthstageofsilkwormlarva.Thisstudyrevealedthatthesilkwormhadthefunctionofenrichingandaccumulatin
