1、中國(guó)病理生理雜志ChineseJournalofPathophysiology2015,31(4):647-651·647·[文章編號(hào)]1000—4718(2015)04—0647—05微波輻射對(duì)大鼠能量代謝及心肌細(xì)胞凋亡的影響朱文赫,沈楠,徐俊杰,鐘秀宏,呂士杰(吉林醫(yī)藥學(xué)院生物化學(xué)教研室,吉林吉林132013)[摘要]目的:探討不同強(qiáng)度微波輻射對(duì)大鼠心臟的損傷作用,并初步探討其作用機(jī)制。方法:分別以強(qiáng)度為500、1000、1500和2000w/m,頻率為2450MHz微波照射大鼠6min,照射后6h取大鼠心臟,檢測(cè)心肌細(xì)胞中ATP含量、線(xiàn)粒體呼吸鏈復(fù)合體Ⅳ和V活性,
2、透射電鏡觀(guān)察心臟組織超微結(jié)構(gòu)的改變,Muse細(xì)胞分析儀檢測(cè)心肌細(xì)胞凋亡,Westernblotting檢測(cè)心肌細(xì)胞內(nèi)cleavedcaspase.3蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:隨著微波輻射強(qiáng)度的增加,大鼠心肌細(xì)胞中ATP含量、線(xiàn)粒體呼吸鏈復(fù)合體Ⅳ和V活性呈現(xiàn)降低趨勢(shì),與對(duì)照組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。透射電鏡結(jié)果顯示,微波輻射致細(xì)胞線(xiàn)粒體數(shù)量減少且形態(tài)異常,大部分線(xiàn)粒體溶解空化,基質(zhì)明顯腫脹。心肌細(xì)胞凋亡檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示,微波輻射能夠誘導(dǎo)大鼠心肌細(xì)胞發(fā)生凋亡,且隨著微波輻射強(qiáng)度的增加,細(xì)胞凋亡率呈上升趨勢(shì)(P<0.05)。Westernblotting結(jié)果顯示,微波輻射
