1、論文題目：慢性腎衰竭患者的心理護(hù)理探討學(xué)科（專業(yè)）：申請人：指導(dǎo)教師：摘要目的：探討心理護(hù)理在慢性腎衰竭患者中的應(yīng)用效果效果。方法：本研究采用隨機(jī)的抽樣方法，本研究選擇2016年1月至2016年12月在我院就診的200例慢性腎衰竭患者。隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組100例、對照組100例,試驗(yàn)組在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上,采用心理心理護(hù)理，收集兩組患者經(jīng)過3個月護(hù)理后護(hù)理效果、心理狀況、護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意度評價等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行SPSS分析。結(jié)果：一般資料方面，兩組患者的性別比例、年齡、發(fā)病就診時間等一般資料差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）；觀察組和對照組在護(hù)理前SAS和SDS評分無顯著差異（P＞0.05），護(hù)理
2、后觀察組的SAS和SDS評分為26.26±3.21和25.64±4.51低于對照組的39.84±4.62和31.36±4.21（P＜0.05）；觀察組患者生活質(zhì)量總評分88.20±8.42高于對照組62.40±9.48（P＜0.05）；試驗(yàn)組護(hù)理總體滿意度（93.0%）較對照組高（77%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論：心理護(hù)理手段在慢性腎衰竭患者的治療中發(fā)揮了積極、樂觀的作用，能顯著提高了患者的護(hù)理質(zhì)量，改善治療效果，提升護(hù)理滿意度，值得在今后醫(yī)療護(hù)理中推廣使用。關(guān)鍵詞：心理護(hù)理；慢性腎衰竭；護(hù)理滿意度IIIABSTRACTObjective:Todiscussthe
