2、LFY同源基因,命名為BlLFY(GenBank號:KP970616)。BlLFY基因cDNA全長1305bp,開放閱讀框(ORF)長1212bp,編碼403個氨基酸?;蚪Y(jié)構(gòu)分析顯示,BlLFY基因具有2個內(nèi)含子和3個外顯子,與其它植物同源基因具有一致的基因結(jié)構(gòu)。多序列比對和系統(tǒng)進化分析表明,BlLFY基因編碼蛋白具有典型的N-domain和C-domain,與板栗(Castaneamollissima)及核桃(Juglansregia)等木本植物的LFY具有最高的同源性和進化關(guān)系。進一步的表達模式分析結(jié)果表明,BlLFY基因在光皮樺植株進入成年期時表
