1、本科畢業(yè)論文(20屆)大規(guī)模定制下的客戶關系管理研究摘 要摘要:29隨著市場競爭的加劇,以及人們消費觀念的改變,大批量生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)不再適應市場的變化,大規(guī)模定制逐漸成為主流的生產(chǎn)模式,客戶關系管理的作用日益重要。為了充分發(fā)揮客戶關系管理在大規(guī)模定制中的作用,研究大規(guī)模定制下的客戶關系管理,有著重要的理論和實踐意義。本文第一章介紹了大規(guī)模定制下客戶關系管理的研究背景、對問題的提出、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和研究路線;第二章介紹了大規(guī)模定制下客戶關系管理的基本概念、研究現(xiàn)狀等問題;第三章研究了在大規(guī)模定制的生產(chǎn)模式下實施客戶關系管理所面臨的組織結構、業(yè)務流程
2、、企業(yè)文化、客戶和企業(yè)知識不對等以及客戶隱私的方面的問題;第四章針對所提出的問題進行了解決,并建立了大規(guī)模定制下客戶關系管理的業(yè)務流程模型;第五章對本文進行了總結并對大規(guī)模定制下客戶關系關系未來發(fā)展做出了預測。最終得出結論,在大規(guī)模定制下要成功地實施客戶關系管理,必須要對企業(yè)的組織結構進行重組,業(yè)務流程要重新構造,企業(yè)文化也要進行改革使之符合大規(guī)模定制的生產(chǎn)模式,同時根據(jù)大規(guī)模定制下客戶關系管理的特點得出要加強客戶的溝通并注重客戶隱私制度的建立。關鍵詞:大規(guī)模定制;客戶關系管理;實施問題;解決方案。TheResearchofCustomerRelatio
