2、年1月至2012年1月間在我院接受MED腰椎間盤突出癥的35名患者為對象，并以同期接受開放式手術(shù)的43名患者為對照，比較兩組手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后住院時間、VAS和ODI評分及復發(fā)率等指標的差異。結(jié)果：平均隨訪23．5(13～50)個月，MED組平均手術(shù)時間為(89．6±23．6)min，比OD組長；平均住院時間為7(5～27)d，比OD短，術(shù)中出血量為60(20—250)mL，與OD組無差異。兩組VAS和ODI評分均隨時間延長而明顯降低，但兩組間無明顯差異。兩組復發(fā)率分別為7．1％和8．7％，也無明顯差異。結(jié)論：MED與OD手術(shù)整體療效無明顯差異，但MED明顯縮短住
