2、檢測分析不同食用菌對桑枝屑基料中DNJ的富集能力。結(jié)果表明:黑木耳、靈芝均能夠富集桑枝屑基料中的DNJ,其中靈芝的富集能力最強,干物中DNJ的質(zhì)量分數(shù)達0.6459%,黑木耳干物中DNJ的質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.3854%;香菇對桑枝DNJ基本沒有富集能力。所用夏伐桑枝條干物中DNJ的質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.8893%,靈芝和黑木耳對桑枝屑基料中DNJ的吸收效率分別達到72.63%、43.34%。今后可利用桑枝條碎屑作培養(yǎng)基料培養(yǎng)對DNJ有較強富集能力的食用菌,提高桑枝食用菌的藥用保健功效。關(guān)鍵詞食用菌;桑枝屑基料;1-脫氧野尻霉素;富集能力中圖分類號S646;S88
