1、正交設(shè)計法優(yōu)選六月青多糖膠囊提取工藝葛文漪，黃建春，陳兆霓，焦陽，張士軍，黃仁彬*(廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥理學(xué)教研室，南寧530021)[摘要]目的：優(yōu)選六月青多糖膠囊提取工藝的最佳條件。方法：選用L9(34)正交試驗設(shè)計方法，分別對水煎煮及醇沉兩個步驟進行優(yōu)選，以多糖含量為水煎煮工藝評價指標(biāo)；采用苯酚-濃硫酸法測定總多糖含量，以多糖含量和收率為醇沉工藝綜合評價指標(biāo)，確定最佳提取工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)果：六月青多糖膠囊最佳提取工藝為生藥材加10倍量水，每次煎煮2h，煎煮3次。水提液過濾、合并、濃縮至含生藥0.5g·mL-1，7倍量95%乙醇沉淀12h，沉淀1次。結(jié)論：優(yōu)選出的工藝條件,經(jīng)驗
