2、分鐘后TCI輸注異丙酚致意識(shí)消失，記錄所需時(shí)間，繼續(xù)全麻誘導(dǎo)觀察插管反應(yīng)。所有病人同時(shí)監(jiān)測心電圖(ECG)，血壓(MAP)，心率(HR)，血氧飽和度(Sp02)及腦電雙頻指數(shù)(BIS)并記錄異丙酚的效應(yīng)室濃度(Ce)及用量。結(jié)果病人意識(shí)消失所需時(shí)間及異丙酚的效應(yīng)室濃度、用量分別為GR組(111：t：17)秒，(1．44±O．16)ug．ml～，(1．264-O．10)mg．kg：GL組(112士14)秒，(1．48±0．16)ug．ml～，(1．23±0．16)mg．kg～：GC組(1344-22)秒，(1．66±0．22)ug．ml～，(1．41±O．1
