1、早期胃癌的臨床病理特點分析及隨訪觀察結(jié)果■腫瘤醫(yī)學(xué)論文早期胃癌的臨床病理特點分析及隨訪觀察結(jié)果李云輝1林華歡2孫藝1李毅光11?廣東省江門市新會市人民醫(yī)院病理科,廣東江門529100;2.廣東省人民醫(yī)院病理科，廣東廣州510000［摘要］目的分析早期胃癌的臨床病理特點，觀察患者術(shù)后生存情況。方法選擇2010年10月一2012年3月來該院治療早期胃癌的患者50例，對50例患者的臨床病理特點及隨訪情況進行回顧。結(jié)果通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，高分化腺癌在賁門部的發(fā)生率明顯高于胃體和胃竇部(P0.05),低分化腺癌在胃竇部的發(fā)生率高于胃體和賁門部，

2、但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05X在檢查癌灶＜3cm的早期胃癌患者中，發(fā)現(xiàn)粘膜內(nèi)癌發(fā)生率明顯于高于粘膜下癌的發(fā)生率(P0.05)e而對于癌灶＞3cm的早期胃癌患者，粘膜下癌的發(fā)生率明顯高于粘膜內(nèi)癌的發(fā)生率(P0.05)。經(jīng)過早期手術(shù)治療，患者的存活率明顯增大。結(jié)論早期胃癌根據(jù)其分化不同生長的部位也不同，癌灶大小對癌組織的生長部位也有影響，所以臨床醫(yī)生在診斷，需要加強重視，避免漏診，盡早檢查胃癌，盡早治療，能提高患者的生存時間。［關(guān)鍵詞］早期胃癌、臨床病理特點、隨訪結(jié)果［中圖分類號］R735.2［文獻標識碼］A［文章編號］1674-
