2、低中高3個(gè)濃度的絕對(duì)回收率分別為(86.7±4.2)%、(90.5±3.4)%和(92.44-4.6)%,相對(duì)回收率均大于90%,日間和日內(nèi)精密度RSD分別小于8.94%、9.O1%;②大豆苷元和氨茶堿合并給藥組和單獨(dú)給藥組藥動(dòng)學(xué)參數(shù)分別為:半衰期(tl/2)為(123.634-18.23)和(133.944-11.20)min,曲線下面積(AUC(0一))為(1861.03±511.23)和(2075.414-720.96)g·min·ml。。,AUCf0-8)為(1749.71±376.68)和(1963.34±
